Job Title: Tool Room Engineer Mold Maintenance Department: Tool Room / Maintenance Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Tool Engineering or equivalent Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Room Engineer specializing in mold maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of injection molds to ensure efficient production with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molds. Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble molds with precision. Conduct root cause analysis for mold-related defects and implement corrective actions. Use measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) to ensure dimensional accuracy. Carry out welding, polishing, and surface finishing of mold components when required. Coordinate with the production and quality teams to minimize machine downtime. Maintain detailed records of mold history, repairs, and maintenance schedules . Ensure adherence to safety standards and ISO quality procedures.
