• Promote and sell company products/services to existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain good relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements.
• Ensure proper visibility and availability of products in the market.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with the back-office, logistics, and accounts team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Knowledge of local language (Marathi) and geography is a must.
