Description
As a Motor Control Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating advanced motor control algorithms for pumping and cooling solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, supporting applications, and driving post-production issue resolution. - Design and implement motor control algorithms for pumping and cooling applications. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and effectively resolve technical issues. - Facilitate RCA, develop corrective actions, and implement system improvements for prevalent post-production or field issues. - Research and innovate new motor control algorithms. - Provide technical support to the applications team for motor control-related queries. - Develop test cases, perform testing, and validate new motor control designs. Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. - Relevant experience in motor control design, development, and testing is preferred.
