Motor Controls Engineer

As a Motor Control Engineer, your role involves designing, developing, and validating advanced motor control algorithms for pumping and cooling solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, support applications, and drive post-production issue resolution. - Design and implement motor control algorithms for pumping and cooling applications. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and effectively resolve technical issues. - Facilitate RCA, develop corrective actions, and implement system improvements for prevalent post-production or field issues. - Research and innovate new motor control algorithms. - Provide technical support to the applications team for motor control-related queries. - Develop test cases, perform testing, and validate new motor control designs. You should possess: - Strong understanding of motor control algorithms and techniques. - Proficiency in Embedded C programming. - Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UART, SPI, I2C). - Analytical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Ability to collaborate across engineering, applications, and production teams. Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. - Relevant experience in motor control design, development, and testing is preferred.,
