Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motor Claims Team Manager located in Kadapa Mandal. The Motor Claims Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the claims handling process, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of motor insurance claims. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of claims handlers, providing training and development, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Insurance, Claims Handling, and Claims Management
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and supervising team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or related fields are advantageous
