Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site motion graphics & video editor role located in Gurugram at Fotoplane Social. The Motion Graphics & Video Editor at Fotoplane Social is responsible for producing high-quality video content and animations that align with brand goals and marketing strategies. This role combines storytelling, design, and editing skills to create content that captivates and converts.

• Design and animate custom motion graphics for digital campaigns, reels, ads, and brand content.
• Edit videos from concept to final output, including trimming, transitions, music/sound integration, and effects.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and social media managers to deliver visually engaging content.
• Stay updated with visual trends, platform guidelines, and emerging video formats.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Organize and archive footage, project files, and digital assets efficiently.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to create custom graphics, transitions, and animations.
• Understanding of social media video trends and platform-specific formatting.
• Basic sound editing and voiceover syncing skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong visual storytelling ability.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage feedback constructively.
  

Desired Experience:

Strictly between 1-3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media, animation, design, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics (internships/freelance work also considered).
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative video and motion design work.
