From ideation and scripting to advanced edits and final delivery, we specialize in creating scroll-stopping Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that combine storytelling, pacing, and motion design to drive engagement. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Video Editor to join our remote team. You’ll be working closely with creative leads, editors, and clients to bring raw footage to life with clean, punchy edits and custom motion graphics that elevate every video. Key Responsibilities Edit and assemble raw footage into high-performing short-form videos (15s–90s) Design and animate motion graphics: text, lower-thirds, transitions, infographics, etc. Sync and clean up audio, color grade, and polish the final deliverables Follow brand guidelines, templates, and visual styles—or help create new ones Collaborate with team members and respond to feedback constructively and quickly Maintain high quality and fast turnaround times across multiple projects per week Requirements Proven experience editing short-form content for social media (showreel required) Strong knowledge of After Effects , Premiere Pro , and optionally CapCut Pro or DaVinci Resolve Solid understanding of motion design principles, pacing, and social media trends Ability to work with tight deadlines and high-volume content workflows Attention to detail with a passion for clean, engaging visuals Clear communication, fast response time, and a team-player attitude Fluent in English (written and spoken) Bonus Points Experience working with content creators or personal brands Ability to suggest creative ideas and hooks to improve scripts or storytelling Comfortable working with remote project management tools (Notion, Frame.io, etc.) Perks of Working with Alluvium Media Fully remote and flexible hours A chance to work on exciting content that gets seen by thousands (or millions!)
