Job Title: Motion Graphics Executive (3D Artist & Editor) Location: Schbang Office – Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Industry Preference: Prior experience in advertising or creative agencies is a must Bonus: Experience working on digital advertising campaigns is a strong plus About the Role Schbang is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Executive with strong skills in 3D animation and video editing . The ideal candidate will have a sharp visual eye, a deep understanding of motion design, and experience creating content for digital-first brand campaigns . Key Responsibilities Design and animate 3D motion graphics for brand videos, social media, and digital ads. Edit and enhance video content for ad campaigns, branded films, and content marketing. Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, and designers to bring brand stories to life through motion. Adapt creative assets for various formats and platforms (e.g., Meta, YouTube, Google Display). Manage timelines and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. Stay updated on motion trends, animation tools, and digital formats. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics, 3D design, and video editing . Prior work in advertising or creative agencies is essential. Proficient in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya , or equivalent. Strong understanding of composition, color, animation principles, and storytelling. Ability to deliver polished output across various digital platforms. Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing work on digital ad campaigns is highly preferred. Bonus Points For: Experience working on digital advertising campaigns (performance videos, product explainers, Instagram reels, etc.).
