Responsibilities Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for campaigns, social content, and video projects. Edit and produce polished video content, including transitions, sound syncing, and branded effects. Create 3D animations and product renders (Cinema 4D or Blender) to support POS, activations, and storytelling. Develop digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns. Support integrated marketing campaigns with print-ready materials such as displays, menus, and posters. Ensure high-quality execution that aligns with brand standards and marketing goals. Package, organize, and archive project assets for publishing and production. Contribute to creative brainstorming, pitch decks, and workflow enhancements. Deliverables Motion graphics and video assets for major campaigns and product launches. POS and in-store promotional visuals (animated/static). 3D renderings and activations (value-add). Print-ready files for retail promotions. Digital-first content published via platforms like Relayto. Quality Indicators Consistent, on-time delivery with minimal revisions. Strong visual storytelling across multiple formats. Alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives. Positive internal and client feedback. Strategic Contribution Recommend workflow and process improvements. Develop reusable animation libraries and templates. Identify and resolve design/technical issues proactively. Mentor junior designers and freelancers when needed. Bring creative thinking to pitches and client presentations.
