The Role

We’re looking for a sharp-eyed editor who understands pacing, rhythm, and storytelling—someone who can turn raw footage into compelling, binge-worthy content. If you can make motion graphics dance without looking like a PowerPoint animation, you’re exactly who we need.

This isn’t about just cutting clips and slapping on a logo. It’s about crafting stories, shaping ideas, and making visuals sing.

What You’ll Do (Other than fight with render bars)

• Edit for digital, social, films, campaigns—basically, anything with moving pictures.

• Elevate stories with motion graphics, animation, and VFX when required.

• Turn 3 hours of client footage into 30 seconds of gold (without losing your sanity).

• Collaborate with creatives, designers, and copywriters (who’ll swear their timing is “perfect”).

• Push creative boundaries while still meeting deadlines.

• Experiment with AI tools to make workflows smarter (not lazier).

What You Bring (Besides coffee addiction)

• Strong command of Premiere Pro & After Effects (if you rely on presets, this isn’t for you).

• Bonus points if you know Cinema 4D, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, or any tool that adds finesse.

• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI video platforms (Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Video, Sora, etc.).

• A sharp sense of storytelling, cuts, pacing, and emotional pull.

• Motion graphics skills that don’t scream “1999 intro template.”

• Patience. Because rendering.
