Motion Graphic Designer

In the role of Motion Graphics Designer, your primary responsibility will be to craft visually captivating animations and graphics to elevate various multimedia projects. Working closely with creative teams, you will be involved in conceptualizing and executing designs that effectively convey messages, evoke emotions, and captivate audiences across diverse platforms. Your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for motion graphics and visual effects that align with project objectives, designing high-quality motion graphics for videos, presentations, advertisements, and social media content, using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to create dynamic visual elements. Collaboration will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will work closely with creative directors, art directors, and team members to maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all projects. Additionally, incorporating feedback, making revisions based on input, staying updated on emerging trends, and managing time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously will be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is required. Knowledge of Blender or other relevant animation tools is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, coupled with excellent creative thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and aesthetics will be crucial for success in this role. Effective communication, collaboration skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude are also key attributes required. If you have knowledge of video editing, compositing, and post-production techniques, it would be advantageous.
