Job Description

Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging motion design and video content across all social media platforms, CRM, and digital channels

This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of animation, storytelling, and brand alignment to produce impactful visuals that enhance communication and elevate the overall digital experience

Motion Design Animation Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video edits tailored for social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications

Concept Development Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ideate and bring to life concepts for key campaigns, celebration days, and brand moments

Content Adaptation Translate static designs into dynamic motion pieces while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity

Digital CRM Assets Produce animated visuals and video materials for newsletters, websites, and digital advertising

Storytelling Use motion and rhythm to convey clear, engaging, and visually appealing brand narratives

Trend Awareness Stay up to date with digital and motion design trends to continuously introduce innovative techniques and elevate creative output

Collaboration Work closely with copywriters, art directors and social media teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all platforms

Qualifications The candidate should have a track record of at least 7+ years in creative advertising agencies, ideally from a multinational network; Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, pacing, and sound design integration

Ability to balance creative experimentation with brand consistency and campaign objectives

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Strong grasp of motion design principles, storytelling, and timing

Experience creating animated and video content for social and digital platforms

Attention to detail, typography, and brand consistency

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus
