Motion Graphic Designer

Overview What will you do?

As a video specialist, you will be responsible for creating and editing videos as per the current trend to meet stakeholders expectations. You are expected to understand the requirements, freeze the storyboard and convert your ideas/concepts to finished products which will be ready to be broadcast across multiple platforms.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include-

• Someone who is well versed in all aspects of filmmaking, shooting, sound recording, editing, motion graphics, colour correction, etc. Knowing sound mixing would be a bonus
• You will be responsible for leading all video requirements for our content and marketing team. If you are awesome at telling stories, this is the role for you
• Identifying customer needs and gaps in video content and recommending new topics
• Creating engaging videos including product tutorials, demos, short social media videos, and product announcements
• This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the technical skills to use equipment and software to turn ideas into engaging videos
• Ability to work closely with an interdisciplinary team to design concepts and storyboards.
• Understanding the latest trends in social media and Design

• Four years of college education (and preferably a master s degree) plus ten to twelve years of agency experience
• Deep familiarity with the digital environment and a demonstrated ability to develop and understand consumer insights and translate those insights into meaningful digital behaviours and marketing strategies
• An ability to think beyond just media no matter what the solution requires, you ll be a sharp, informed digital marketing advocate and expert for our clients and our team
• Knowledge of qualitative measurement approaches online and offline and how/when to apply them so that we deliver measurable successes

Education: Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• Total work: 3+ years (Required)
• Graphic design/Multimedia design: 3+ years (Required)
• Motion Graphics: 2+ years (Required)
• Video editing: 1+ years (Required)
