Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Motion Graphic Designer to support our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This role involves designing high-impact motion graphics, explainer videos, and multimedia content to enhance internal training programs and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of animation and video editing tools, along with a keen eye for visual storytelling and branding consistency.

Skills & Tools Required:

Proficiency in:
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Camtasia, and Audio Editing
Strong knowledge of video production, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and typography
Ability to follow branding guidelines while adding creative elements to videos and presentations
Experience in storyboarding, visual planning, and animation design
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of Dreamweaver is a plus

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working on e-learning or internal training content
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Understanding of adult learning principles and visual learning techniques
