Motion Graphic Designer

You will be joining Ideapoke, a global start-up with a focus on Emerging Technologies. As a Motion Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the marketing team and key stakeholders to produce high-quality videos that align with branding priorities. Here is an overview of your role and responsibilities: - Ability to present ideas and develop new designs. - Designing creatives for social media posts and ads. - Creating infographic videos for various purposes such as product explainers and offerings. - Designing ads for Google Display. - Crafting creatives for daily social media posts and blogs. - Editing video footage and incorporating effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. - Keeping abreast of the latest graphic design techniques. - Coordinating with web designers, marketing, and product teams for creative requirements. - Utilizing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to generate a range of designs and layouts. - Managing multiple projects while adhering to design specifications. - Contributing to team efforts by completing tasks as necessary. - Designing all digital assets, including websites, videos, online applications, advertising materials, newsletters, banners, and social media content. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences: - 3 to 5 years of proven experience in motion graphic designing. - Graduation in a relevant field like Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline. - Comprehensive understanding of creating creative content that resonates with digitally native audiences across various platforms. - Demonstrable graphic design skills showcased in a strong portfolio. - Creative flair, versatility, conceptual and visual ability, and originality. - Effective interaction, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop. - Attention to aesthetics and details. - Strong communication skills. - Methodical work approach and the ability to meet deadlines.,
