As a Motion Designer at Flam, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of immersive advertising across various channels. Flam is dedicated to revolutionizing consumer interaction with ads, content, retail experiences, live broadcasts, and more by creating shoppable and shareable experiences that offer tangible ROI. With a recent $14 million Series A funding round, led by RTP Global and Dovetail, Flam is now focusing on advancing its app-less GenAI infrastructure to empower brands to create, publish, and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D, and digital experiences within milliseconds on any smartphone. Your primary responsibilities will include contributing to the product roadmap by developing GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, democratizing MR deployment at scale, and enhancing the Enterprise Suite of Products across various industries. Additionally, you will be involved in building infrastructure for broadcasters and enhancing fan engagement experiences. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a senior or lead capacity. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools is essential, while experience with 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender would be advantageous. A strong design sense, demonstrated through a portfolio of exceptional motion work across digital platforms, is a key requirement. You should be adept at translating brand guidelines into captivating motion experiences and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is crucial for success in this role. While not mandatory, experience in UI animation, micro-interactions, or product design motion, as well as sound design and audio syncing skills, would be considered advantageous. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, or project management platforms is also a plus.
