Motion Graphic Designer

As a Senior Associate - Senior Graphic Design, your primary responsibility will be to ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives that align with the EY brand and business objectives. Your key responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing various branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, infographics, proposals, and social media collaterals. You will be required to adhere to EY brand guidelines, stay updated with the latest design trends, mentor junior team members, prioritize deadlines, and effectively manage multiple creative projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should possess flawless typography skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand design briefs and share ideas. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and strong visual design capability with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, motion graphics skills, and experience in team management. The skills and attributes required for success in this role include a user-centric mindset, creative and analytical approach, understanding of current and future visual trends, aptitude for art direction, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a self-starter with a flexible can-do attitude, passionate about storytelling through visuals, and capable of building strong client relationships.
