Key Responsibilities:  Create high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms including web, social media, and video content.  Design and animate assets for product explainers, promotional videos, presentations, and UI animations.  Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video production teams to bring creative concepts to life.  Translate complex ideas into visually appealing motion assets.  Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and animation techniques.  Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Requirements:  Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.  Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design/animation tools.  Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.  Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.  A solid portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.
