Job Description

The opportunity:

We are looking for a creative manager who will be driving impactful, video-first narratives for BDO India. The individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-quality video content across a wide range of styles and formats. Beyond video, this role will also oversee the design of supporting marketing collaterals to ensure brand consistency and impact. The candidate must combine creative vision with technical expertise to bring business ideas to life through visually compelling narratives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end video production: ideation, script development, storyboarding, design, editing, real/live video shooting, and post-production.
  • Create diverse formats of videos including but not limited to motion graphics, kinetic typography, isometric, whiteboard, 2D/3D animation, screencast, and comic-style videos.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, engaging video content that communicates effectively with target audiences.
  • Adopt innovative formats and techniques to keep content dynamic, impactful, and trend-forward.
  • Design and produce marketing collaterals including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, social media creatives, presentations, ebooks, logos.
  • Develop brand and print assets including merchandise, office branding, stationery, and large-format prints, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Distill business objectives into video concepts and creative strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Develop and implement visual narratives for campaigns, thought leadership, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Ensure all the work is strategically sound, creative, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and present creative solutions.
  • Brainstorm with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to align creative outputs with expectations.
  • Clearly articulate creative concepts through prototypes, storyboards, and presentations.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, under tight deadlines.
  • Drive creative excellence to deliver a high-end customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in

    video creation and animation

    , with strong complementary experience in

    graphic design

    .
  • Proficient in diverse

    video and animation styles

    including 2D & 3D animation, whiteboard animation, stop-motion, isometric graphics, motion graphics, kinetic typography, screencasts/screen recordings, and comic-style videos.
  • Skilled in

    live video production

    , covering real/live video shooting, camera operations, lighting, sound, directing, and post-production editing.
  • Advanced user of

    Adobe Creative Suite

    (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) along with other animation and design software.
  • Strong background in

    graphic design

    for marketing and communication collateral such as brochures, flyers, infographics, posters, presentations, logos, eBooks, and social media creatives.
  • Experienced in

    brand and print design

    , including office branding, merchandise, stationery, and large-format prints.
