Motion Designer/Video Editor

You are a creative powerhouse who excels in creating high-retention video ads using new age AI content workflows. Your role involves blending visual storytelling, maintaining brand consistency, and implementing performance-driven strategies for Meta (Facebook + Instagram), YouTube Shorts, and beyond. - Design and edit high-converting Meta ads (static + GIFs + short-form motion) for performance campaigns - Collaborate with the creative strategist and media buyers to translate briefs into retention-first ads - Utilize AI tools to streamline and expedite the workflow - Stay updated on performance creative trends, Meta/TikTok/YouTube updates, and mobile-first ad formats - Ensure visual consistency and brand tone across campaigns, assets, and regions - Deliver assets promptly, balancing speed and quality Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in performance ad-design (preferred) - Portfolio showcasing ROI-focused video ads - Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant AI tools - Strong sense of typography, layout, movement, rhythm, and storytelling - Ability to translate complex product benefits into visually compelling narratives - Attention to detail, self-management skills, and capability to meet tight deadlines - Bonus: Experience in finance, trading, or global campaigns; Fluency in internet culture, cultural references, and global creative shifts In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Hola Prime is a company dedicated to building a powerful platform for traders globally, offering access to capital, speed, and scale.
