Job Description

Join a fast-growing content studio shaping the future of short-form tech storytelling.

Motion Designer

What you’ll be doing:

Animate text, graphics, and transitions for short-form videos (IG Reels, Shorts)
Create fast-paced, minimal edits that punch hard in the first 3 seconds
Sync visuals with voiceovers, sound effects, and music for max impact
Interpret scripts visually and collaborate with the writing team to elevate ideas

What we’re looking for:

1–1.5 years of experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro
A strong sense of visual timing, design, and storytelling
Ability to translate abstract tech ideas into scroll-stopping edits
Clean design sense—knows how to keep things sharp, minimal, and not overdone
Internet-first mindset (you understand what works on Reels, not just what looks good)

Bonus points if:

You’ve worked with creator-led or startup content before
You’ve edited for Instagram-first or meme-forward brands
You know how to pitch in with references, memes, or clever visual metaphors
