Qualifications:
1. Experience:37 years of experience as a Database Administrator with a focus on MongoDB.2. Technical Skills:Proficiency in MongoDB (Community and Enterprise editions).Strong understanding of JSON, BSON, and MongoDB query language.Experience with high availability setups like replica sets and sharded clusters.Familiarity with MongoDB Atlas and cloud-based database solutions.Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.3. Tools and Technologies:Experience with database monitoring tools like MMS, Prometheus, or Grafana.Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of backup tools such as Percona Backup for MongoDB or custom scripts.
