1. Masters degree in molecular biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or any life science.
2. Basic knowledge in Biology.
3. technical in molecular biology techniques like Gel electrophoresis, PCR, western blotting, and ELISA etc.
4. Excellent understanding of concepts in cell biology along with team management.
5. Should have good knowledge on statistic and software related to bioassay.
6. Basic knowledge in Cell line maintenance like Cell line revival, Passaging, Banking, and aseptic techniques.
7. Knowledge on techniques like flow cytometry, spectrophotometry and PLA will be of additional advantage.
8. Experience in Cell based bioassays (Invitro) and non-cell-based bioassays like Binding assays,
9. Performing analysis of the in-process and finished product samples and reporting the same.
10. Raising, tracking, investigating and closing QMS elements (Change control, Deviation, OOS and Lab Incidents).
11. Planning and designing of experiments, preparation of SOPs and Specifications.
12. Knowledge on cGMP and GLP practices.
13. Ready to work in a team and shifts.
14. Ready to accept responsibilities.
15.To have good team coordination and cooperation
