Hiring Executive-Quality

• Handlin overall quality, NPD, QMS process at Gurgaon warehouse
• Implementation of GDP, GMP, GLP practices at Gurgaon warehouse
• Monitoring and improving the personal hygiene and working conditions.
• To perform complaint investigation and devising CAPA for same
• Vendor management, Audit and qualifications.
• Execution of New product development related to packaging. Provide NPD Support: - To support the launch of NPD items. Conduct and review transit trials as instructed by the NPD team.
• Responsible for ISO Audits handling and implementation.
• Preparation and review of SOP and follow up for all processes and requirements.

• Inbound QC:

  - To inspect all the FG, SFG and packing material arriving at the warehouse on a sampling basis. Release from ERP after results. And maintain QC records.
• Packing activity with traceability: - Inspecting as per quality norms at all verticals like B2C, B2B, Store and ensure packing and dispatch with accuracy. And maintain QC records.

• Training: -

  To impart training to the workers on a regular basis on the floor to enhance the quality of production and packing process of the products. And maintain training records.

• Out Bound QC: -

  All QC Inspection before dispatch of FG/PM from floor. As per order wise.
• Return Process: - Inspecting all return materials and getting them transferred to different locations in ERP based on material quality.
• Analytical testing of packaging materials.
• Qualification- Chemistry, BSC/MSC/ BTech - chemistry / Sciences
• Ensure Quality management system in place and operational.
• Checklist & BPR maintenance
• Conduct training for officers and associates on Quality standards and practices
• Work on people development and job enrichment.
• Implement control measures through control plans and monitoring to assure product quality.
• Ensure packaging delivery on time and complete.

SKILLS:

a. Laboratory Packaging material analysis and Equipment analysis.

b. Laboratory Equipment handling & maintenance.

c. GLP and GMP process control.

d. In process quality control.

e. SOP create & Training.

f. Having good exposure on ISO 9001-2015 & ISO 22716 requirements

Qualification :-

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry/Microbiology/Chemical Engineering.
