Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly experienced Cross-Functional Solution Architect / Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud with strong functional and techno-functional expertise across Finance, SCM, and HCM.
• This role requires an enterprise-wide mindset to design, govern, and lead cross-module Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring seamless integration of business processes across multiple workstreams.
• The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teamsdriving standardization, scalability, and best practices across Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise & Cross-Module Solution Architecture
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, and HCM.
• Own cross-functional design decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide processes.
• Analyze, validate, and approve functional configurations with focus on cross-module impact.

Define and govern enterprise business flows:

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Hire-to-Retire (H2R)
• Techno-Functional Governance
• Translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Review FDDs for completeness, consistency, and cross-module dependencies.
• Identify risks, design gaps, and conflicts across modules and drive resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues across Finance, SCM, and HCM.
• Drive adoption of Oracle Cloud best practices and standard features.
• Stakeholder & Team Leadership
• Partner with business owners, architects, and delivery teams for holistic solutions.
• Lead solution walkthroughs, design workshops, and governance forums.
• Mentor functional consultants across Finance, SCM, and HCM streams.
• Provide cross-functional leadership during UAT, defect triage, and go-live.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

• 10+ years of Oracle implementation experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.
• Proven techno-functional expertise across Finance, SCM, and HCM.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale, cross-functional solutions.
• Hands-on exposure to multi-entity and multi-geography implementations.
• Functional Expertise (Any 2 or more)
• Core ERP Finance
• HCM (Org Structure, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation)
• Procurement
• EPM (Planning & Budgeting)
• Implementation Experience
• Minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle implementations overall.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Experience in 2+ large programs involving 5+ entities/geographies (Fusion or EBS).

Certifications

• Oracle Certified in Finance or SCM (mandatory).
• Additional Fusion certifications added advantage.
• Additional Competencies
• Expertise in at least one core business domain (Public Sector experience is a plus).
• Strong hands-on experience creating:
• Solution Design Documents
• Process Flow Diagrams
• Impact & Decision Analysis documents
• Ability to build high-level functional specifications.
• Experience conducting cross-functional workshops (Finance + SCM; HCM a bonus).
• Sound knowledge of Oracle implementations
