Modular Kitchen Designer – Halcyon Lifestyle, Jaipur (Franchisee of Verantes Living)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
(Work from showroom/design studio with client site visits as required)

Job Purpose: To conceptualize, design, and deliver high-end modular kitchen solutions as per Verantes Living’s design philosophy and technical standards. The role involves client consultation, layout planning, 3D visualization, coordination with production and installation teams, and ensuring the final kitchen reflects the brand’s premium quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Design:

• Meet clients at the showroom or on-site to understand their needs, lifestyle, space layout, and aesthetic preferences.
• Take or coordinate accurate site measurements (civil, electrical, and plumbing points).
• Develop layout plans (2D) and 3D visualizations of modular kitchens using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
• Ensure all designs adhere to Verantes Living’s brand standards, design language, and product specifications.
• Present design options, material palettes, and quotations to clients for approval.

Technical Coordination:

• Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical drawings for production.
• Work closely with Verantes’ manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy in production drawings.
• Coordinate with installation and site teams to ensure on-time execution and adherence to design quality.
• Handle any site-level modifications, client feedback, or technical challenges proactively.

Showroom & Brand Support:

• Maintain the Verantes Living design display standards in the Jaipur showroom.
• Assist the sales team during client demos and presentations.
• Stay updated on latest finishes, hardware, and modular innovations introduced by Verantes.
• Ensure excellent client experience in line with the Verantes premium service ethos.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Furniture Design.
• Experience: 2–5 years in modular kitchen or interior design (experience with steel kitchens preferred).
• Software Skills: AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp or 3ds Max (3D), MS Excel, and basic Photoshop.
• Strong space planning, aesthetic sense, and visualization skills.
• Sound knowledge of kitchen ergonomics, storage solutions, and material finishes.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to visit sites within Jaipur and nearby regions as required.

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Prior experience with premium modular kitchen brands (e.g., Sleek, Hafele, Nobilia, or Verantes).
• Understanding of stainless steel modular construction and accessories.
• Experience in modular wardrobes, vanities, or other storage systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Design delivery timelines and accuracy.
• Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
• Project conversions and successful handovers.
• Adherence to Verantes Living’s brand design and technical guidelines.
• Coordination efficiency between design, production, and site teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
