Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Modernization Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing elevator modernization projects across Kerala. If you have strong technical skills and experience in electrical systems, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing elevator systems and identify required upgrades.
• Develop modernization plans, technical specifications, and improvement strategies.
• Design new components, control systems, and safety features.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Comply with all safety standards and building regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related technical or electrical role.
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering or equivalent field.
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
