As a Modernization Sales - Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive/Account Manager at Schindler India, your main responsibility will be to generate revenue by proposing and procuring the replacement/modernization of existing Schindler or non-Schindler products while maintaining a constant focus on customer satisfaction. Your duties will include collecting leads and market information about potential customers, approaching residential or commercial establishments with elevators in need of replacement or modernization, understanding customer needs, auditing existing equipment to determine component retention and financial viability, making sales pitches, conducting commercial negotiations and finalizing orders, assisting the Installation team during project execution, and facilitating project handover and order closing.
