Role Overview: Nua is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Modern Trade Offline Business to strategize and drive growth across all National & Regional Modern Trade Chains. As Nua is venturing into this channel, your role will be pivotal in both planning and executing strategies for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability in alignment with the Business Plan for existing business. - Focus on entering National & Regional Modern Trade Chains while maintaining sustainable margins within limited budgets for new business. - Establish a strong culture of Tertiary Sales by effectively utilizing marketing assets such as Promoters, Merchandisers, and In-store promotions. - Collaborate with regional teams to enhance local connections with Regional SPOCs for National Modern Trade Chains. - Manage business P&L, revenue generation, and oversee the launch, development, and expansion of the business. - Foster strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders. - Analyze market trends, track competitors" activities, and devise strategies to support business expansion plans. - Develop marketing campaigns, evaluate monthly execution success, and ensure effective utilization of promotion tools. - Provide regular reports and MIS as per the company's requirements.
