Major Duties
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and optimization tasks.
- Develop tools and agents using Co-Pilot/Co-Pilot Studio.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Document model development lifecycle and ensure compliance with internal AI governance and risk policies
- Operates independently; has knowledge of banking balance sheets and income statements.
- Conducts analysis, independently ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for interaction with different committees and/or senior management.
Qualification
- Master in Computer Science / Statistics/ Mathematics/advanced degree in quant area
Skills Required
- 48 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Proficiency with Co-Pilot Studio
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts and applications.
- Strong understanding of model lifecycle management, including versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
