Job Summary:

Seeking a Student Mobilizer to conduct outreach, promote enrolment, and connect students to skill development programs through on-ground and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize youth for skill development through field visits and events

• Build partnerships with NGOs, schools, and ITIs

• Conduct door-to-door, roadshows, and community campaigns

• Use social media and tele-calling for lead generation

• Maintain mobilization records and reporting for MIS

• Coordinate with trainers and project teams

Required Skills:

• Experience in student outreach or mobilization

• Knowledge of PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NSDC is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and local language skills

• Basic proficiency with MS Office and smartphones

Preferred:

• Experience with NGOs, training centers, or rural outreach

• Willingness to travel extensively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
