Key Responsibilities:

Clearly explain the program benefits, structure, and the comprehensive placement support available to potential candidates and their families, including conducting essential parent meetings. Facilitate the entire enrollment and onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentary validation is meticulously in place.

Actively seek and obtain referrals from program alumni and current students to expand the outreach network.
  • Relationship Building & Credibility: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key community leaders, local NGOs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), local authorities, and influential figures within the target communities. Work diligently to create awareness and build robust credibility for the Angel One Foundation and its programs within the community. Consistently act as a positive role model for aspiring youth.
  • Database Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach and mobilization efforts. Regularly update the Management Information System (MIS) with enrollment data, follow-up statuses, and youth profiles. Provide timely and insightful reports on community outreach activities and progress towards targets.

Address and resolve community grievances in a timely and sensitive manner.
  • Social Media & Communications: Document compelling social impact stories and success stories from the center to share with the Head Office for social media and broader communication. Ensure active social media participation and the sharing/forwarding of official Angel One Foundation posts within personal and professional networks. Manage and distribute communication collaterals effectively with minimal wastage.

  • Experience: 0-5 years of experience in mobilization, community outreach, fieldwork, or working directly with youth in either the private or development sector. This flexibility allows for a wider talent pool for high-volume outreach, while more experienced personnel can handle in-depth profiling and sensitive community stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of community needs, local dynamics, and the aspirations of youth, particularly concerning livelihood opportunities.

Essential Skills:

  • Communication & Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are essential for effective community engagement. Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
