As a Mobilizer at Lok Bharti Education Society in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the LPL Project, which is focused on skilling and training youth from Science backgrounds (10+2). Your immediate joining is preferred to contribute to this impactful initiative. Your key responsibilities will include mobilizing and counseling youth from the Science stream (10+2) for the LPL Healthcare Program. This will involve conducting field visits, community outreach activities, and establishing connections with schools and coaching centers. Building local partnerships to enhance outreach and enrollment will be essential, along with maintaining accurate mobilization records and providing daily reports. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with the center team to facilitate smooth admissions and documentation processes. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and networking skills. A willingness to travel for field outreach activities is necessary, and prior experience in mobilization or outreach would be advantageous. Your passion for youth development and skilling will be a driving force in your work at Lok Bharti. The salary offered for this position ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 INR per month, with negotiable terms.
