Mobile Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of smartphones, handling both hardware and software issues with efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones (Android & iOS). - Perform motherboard-level repairs, chip replacements, and soldering work. - Handle display, battery, charging port, and other component replacements. - Install, update, and troubleshoot mobile applications and operating systems. - Maintain records of repairs and ensure timely delivery. - Provide excellent customer service and technical support. Qualification Required: - Prior experience as a Mobile Technician. - Strong knowledge in diagnosing and repairing smartphones. - Proficiency in handling hardware and software issues. - Good communication and customer service skills. Please note that this is a full-time position and the work location is in person.
