Mobile Repair Technician

AtomRepairs is looking for a skilled and reliable Onsite Apple Device Technician to join our fast-growing doorstep repair team in Bengaluru. Your job is to visit customers’ locations, diagnose issues, and repair Apple devices safely in front of the customer using high-quality parts. You must be professional, punctual, customer-friendly, and experienced with Apple hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform onsite repairs for iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches.
• Diagnose device issues accurately and recommend the right service.
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, back glass, and other components.
• Handle devices carefully and maintain high repair quality.
• Communicate clearly with customers and maintain a professional attitude.
• Collect payments after service and update job status in the system.
• Maintain tools, parts, and inventory provided by AtomRepairs.
• Follow safety and data-privacy standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Apple device repair.
• Strong knowledge of iPhone, iPad & Mac hardware.
• Ability to perform doorstep repairs efficiently and confidently.
• Must know back glass repair, display replacement, and battery replacement.
• Good communication skills (English / Kannada / Hindi).
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
