AtomRepairs is looking for a skilled and reliable Onsite Apple Device Technician to join our fast-growing doorstep repair team in Bengaluru. Your job is to visit customers’ locations, diagnose issues, and repair Apple devices safely in front of the customer using high-quality parts. You must be professional, punctual, customer-friendly, and experienced with Apple hardware. Key Responsibilities Perform onsite repairs for iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches. Diagnose device issues accurately and recommend the right service. Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, back glass, and other components. Handle devices carefully and maintain high repair quality. Communicate clearly with customers and maintain a professional attitude. Collect payments after service and update job status in the system. Maintain tools, parts, and inventory provided by AtomRepairs. Follow safety and data-privacy standards. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Apple device repair. Strong knowledge of iPhone, iPad & Mac hardware. Ability to perform doorstep repairs efficiently and confidently. Must know back glass repair, display replacement, and battery replacement.
