Mobile Engineer

As a Senior Mobile Engineer at our company located in Cybercity, Magarpatta City, Pune 411013, India, you will be responsible for mobile and front-end development. Your tasks will include developing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces utilizing modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native, and Nativescript. You will also work on server-side rendering (SSR) using NextJS and implement native capabilities like GPS, offline capabilities, camera, voice, Augmented reality, AI, and push notifications. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing cross-platform native/hybrid mobile applications supporting iOS and Android, integrating mobile apps with digital experience or commerce platforms using GraphQL and NodeJS/.NET backend services. If you have experience in digital experience development, specifically on a Digital Experience Platform like Sitecore/Optimizely/Contentful, it would be a huge plus. Your role may also involve designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on such platforms, including templates, renderings, layouts, and workflows. You may need to implement and configure features such as personalization, A/B testing, and analytics, as well as integrate custom backend services and APIs using REST/SOAP. In addition to the development responsibilities, you will be expected to handle DevOps and CI/CD tasks. This includes implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Github enterprise, and SonarQube, deploying and managing applications in cloud environments like Azure and GCP, monitoring application performance, and ensuring system stability. Moreover, you will work with edge platforms like Vercel or Netlify. Your role will also involve Agile Development practices, where you will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborate effectively with product owners, designers, and team members, engage in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions and design decisions, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of professional experience in mobile development. Proficiency in Rest API, authentication, GraphQL, and experience with front-end technologies, server-side rendering, mobile platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with a Digital experience/CMS platform, Digital Asset Management (DAM), headless architecture, GraphQL, and server-side rendering with NextJS/Vercel. This position is based in Pune, India, with a hybrid work model preferred and remote work possible for the right candidate. The role requires a significant overlap with the US time zones, with work shifts scheduled from 12 Noon to 9 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST.,
