Mobile Device Management (AirWatch /JAMF)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for platform administration, device enrollment and configuration, policy enforcement, user and device enrollment, app management, technical support, compliance and security, performance monitoring, integration, documentation, and training related to mobile device management. Key Responsibilities: - Deploying, configuring, and maintaining AirWatch (for Android) and JAMF (for Apple devices) for corporate mobile device management - Enrolling macOS devices into the AirWatch/Workspace ONE UEM environment and configuring device-level restrictions, Wi-Fi, and VPN settings - Integrating with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Android Enterprise for automated device enrollment - Defining and enforcing security policies including encryption, password complexity, and app restrictions - Building and managing secure device enrollment processes for bulk and self-service enrollment - Overseeing app deployments and managing corporate apps on managed devices - Providing Tier 2/3 technical support for mobile device and MDM platform issues - Ensuring devices and applications comply with corporate security standards - Monitoring platform performance and system health for optimal operation - Integrating the MDM platform with other IT systems such as Azure AD for access controls - Creating technical documentation and providing training for IT staff and end users Qualifications Required: - Excellent skill in AirWatch and/or JAMF administration and configuration - Strong understanding of mobile device management principles, security, and compliance - Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills - Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and end-users - Specific knowledge of Android Enterprise for AirWatch and native Apple features for JAMF,
