Key Responsibilities: - Utilize state-of-the-art 3D intraoral scanners and digital software for creating precise digital impressions and treatment planning - Provide thorough consultations to patients, explaining treatment options, costs, benefits, and expected outcomes of various dental treatments and smile enhancement solutions - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital dentistry and incorporate them into practice - Ensure exceptional patient care by adhering to best dental practices, quality standards, and ethical consultations - Build and maintain excellent relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey, including follow-up appointments and aftercare Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a dental clinic setting and managing high potential patients preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Commitment to staying current with advancements in dentistry - Willingness to commute within a designated zone for clinic and home consultations Additional Details: This full-time position offers a fix CTC salary ranging from 25K to 30K per month, with the potential to earn exponentially on overachievement of monthly goals with no upper limit.
