You will be responsible for utilizing state-of-the-art 3D intraoral scanners and digital software to create precise digital impressions and treatment planning. Your role will include providing thorough consultations to patients, explaining treatment options, costs, benefits, and expected outcomes of various dental treatments and smile enhancement solutions. It is essential to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital dentistry and incorporate them into your practice. Ensuring exceptional patient care by adhering to the best dental practices, quality standards, and ethical consultations is a key aspect of the role. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey, including follow-up appointments and aftercare, is vital for patient satisfaction. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will be required to perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and responding to phone and email inquiries. Candidates with prior experience in a dental clinic setting and managing high potential patients will be given preference. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to staying current with advancements in dentistry. The willingness to commute within a designated zone for clinic and home consultations is also expected. This full-time position offers a fix CTC salary ranging from 25K to 30K per month, with the potential to earn exponentially on overachievement of monthly goals with no upper limit.
