Mobile Application Developer (React Native)

As a Mobile Engineer specializing in React Native, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of our first mobile application. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the development of the mobile application using React Native. - Collaborating with product and UX/UI designers to ensure a top-notch customer experience. - Working closely with backend and web engineers to achieve a seamless user experience across different platforms. - Designing and implementing robust app architectures and intricate user interfaces. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. - Setting development standards, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and elevating the engineering standards. - Maintaining code quality, organization, and automating processes. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in mobile application development. - Proficiency in React Native with a solid understanding of the iOS and Android ecosystem. - Familiarity with modern mobile frameworks and tools, such as Rx, IoC/DI, analytics, A/B testing, etc. - Experience in building and deploying mobile apps from scratch. - Strong grasp of mobile app architecture and life cycle. - Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading mobile app development projects. - 7+ years of experience in mobile application development. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration. - Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, push notifications, and building e-commerce marketplace. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment with engineers across various time zones. In this full-time role, you will be working day shifts at our in-person work location.
