As a seasoned Mobile App Lead at Amura, you will play a crucial role in architecting, building, and scaling mobile applications for our HealthTech platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading from the front by architecting, designing, and guiding the development of mobile apps (Android/iOS or cross-platform). - Defining scalable, modular architectures and engineering standards. - Overseeing CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment configurations. - Translating business and clinical workflows into intuitive mobile experiences. - Partnering with product, design, and backend teams to take concepts from idea to launch. - Rapid iteration based on feedback and analytics to deliver meaningful outcomes. - Building apps capable of handling high concurrency, real-time sync, and large transaction volumes. - Owning release management, QA automation, and feature-flag rollouts for seamless, bug-free updates. - Championing app performance optimization, load handling, and crash-free experience. - Implementing privacy-first design and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. - Collaborating with product and analytics teams to design engagement features such as personalization, notifications, and retention loops. - Partnering with backend and AI/ML teams for optimized APIs, predictive health features, and smart engagement models. - Building and mentoring a high-performing mobile engineering team, driving code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Qualifications Required: - 10-14 years of experience in mobile development, with 5+ years in a technical leadership or architect role. - Proven record of building and launching mobile apps from scratch in high-growth startups or consumer tech. - Expertise in Flutter / React Native, with a strong understanding of native app lifecycles and performance tuning. - Experience integrating APIs, Bluetooth devices, wearables, chat/video SDKs, and health data standards (FHIR, HL7). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD for mobile apps. - Strong command over app security, data encryption, and secure communication protocols. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in HealthTech, FitnessTech, Telemedicine, or Digital Health Platforms. - Exposure to real-time communication, streaming, or remote monitoring systems. - Experience integrating AI/ML SDKs, personalization engines, or recommendation systems in mobile. - Contributions to open-source projects or published apps on Play Store/App Store.
