About the Role: We're a pre-launch app start up company looking for a Flutter developer to help us get ready for production. The AI integrated app is 80% ready. You'll work directly with the founder to complete the final 20%, implement security, authentication systems, payment systems, and prepare for Android and iOS launch. Key Responsibilities: Implement subscription payment systems Set up Android/iOS app store deployment pipeline Reorganize/Optimize backend Firebase/Firestore architecture Implement security best practices Optimize AI/API integration performance Prepare app for beta and production launch Must-Have Skills: 2+ years Flutter/Dart development Hands-on in using AI tools for coding/software development Firebase/Firestore experience iOS app publishing experience Payment gateway integration Node.js familiarity Strong English communication skills to collaborate pro-actively with the founder Preferred Qualifications: Published apps on both Android/iOS Experience with subscription models Firebase security rules knowledge Experience working with startups/founders is a bonus Work Arrangement: 20 hours/week, flexibility of weekdays/weekend as preferred Potential for full-time conversion based on performance
