Job Description

We are a leading BPO service provider, offering dynamic solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently looking for freshers to join our team as BPO Executives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in customer service, build your skills, and grow with us! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat support as per business requirements. Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries or concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Process customer orders, requests, and complaints efficiently. Ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies, processes, and standards for quality assurance. Work with a team to achieve monthly targets and performance goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and procedures. Manage multiple tasks and handle customer queries in a timely manner. Key Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in customer service or BPO (freshers are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language]. Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in night shifts (flexibility in shift timings). Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office tools. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset. Preferred Skills : Previous experience in customer service or voice process. Knowledge of any foreign language (optional). Familiarity with CRM systems. Shift Timing: Night Shift
