- Statistical drift detection
- Detect drift in incoming image data ; quantify shifts in model confidence and accuracy
- Propose retraining actions
- Performance metric computation (Confidence, Accuracy, precision, recall, F1)
- Continuous model evaluation methods
- Track model performance trends, degradation, and instability;
- Set up automated ML metrics dashboards on looker studio or any other tool to get a complete view on underperforming/new/emerging classes
- Maintain full traceability of inference flow; ensure reproducibility
- Understanding of complete image classification pipelines
- Explainable AI; Provide interpretable explanations of model behavior
- Bias detection frameworks; Detect emerging bias and report bias trends
- ML Monitoring rules (threshold-based, anomaly detection)
- Build automated alerts when model is deteriorating
- Summarize and report model performance as well as data/model drift trends to initiate retraining decisions or data collection needs
