ML FORECASTER

As a Machine Learning Forecaster, your role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining predictive models using machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable forecasts. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop predictive models using various machine learning algorithms like regression, classification, and time series analysis. - Identify and select relevant datasets and features for model training. - Preprocess and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability of models. - Train, validate, and optimize models to achieve desired accuracy and performance. - Generate forecasts based on trained models and real-time data. - Analyze forecast results and identify potential issues or areas for improvement. - Communicate forecast results to stakeholders clearly and concisely. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements. - Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and maintain data pipelines. - Monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, retrain, and update models as needed. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and forecasting techniques. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field like statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. - 6 to 8 years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or forecasting with a BPO background and past experience in forecasting through AI/ML. Skills: - Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R. - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: - Experience with specific forecasting techniques or tools. - Possess BPO background. - Experience working with large datasets. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.,
