Mivan project construction manager

As a Mivan Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing real estate projects built using the Mivan formwork system. Your main focus will be to ensure quality, timely completion, and budget adherence by effectively managing schedules, resources, and contractors. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules. - Mivan System Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to Mivan construction methods and compliance on site. - Contractor & Resource Management: Select, negotiate with, and oversee contractors and allocate project resources efficiently. - Quality & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections, verify adherence to quality standards, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met. - Progress Monitoring: Track project progress from beginning to end, preparing and presenting detailed progress reports to clients and stakeholders. - Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks, implement proactive mitigation measures, and resolve issues that arise during the project. - Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the project team, guiding various staff and workers to achieve project goals. - Communication: Maintain clear and constant communication with the project team, clients, architects, and other relevant agencies. Qualifications Required: - Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of Mivan shuttering-based construction and multistoried structures. - Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is often required. - Experience: Significant experience (often 10+ years) in managing Mivan-based high-rise projects. - Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Certification: PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.,
