Job Description

MIS (Financial Reporting), Report Generation, and Basic Accounting, who are Fluent in English..
Checking of field force & IBM Expenses
Checking the authentication of supporting documents submitted along with the expenses
Checking of hard copies of the expenses and its supporting's
Submission of Bills through SAP & ensuring timely reimbursement
Maintain proper update of the expenses received and reimbursed.
Co-ordination with IBM's for expenses related queries and compliances.
Checking of domestic Expenses alongwith supporting's & ensuring timely payment.
Any other related work as may be assigned by the HOD.
