Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports to facilitate strategic financial decision-making. - Lead and oversee budgeting processes, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning. - Track, analyze, and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. - Conduct cost and profitability analysis for various departments and business units. - Collaborate with internal departments to gather and consolidate financial data. - Present actionable financial insights and reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls. - Aid in audits and uphold the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in MIS reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow analysis. - Strong skills in MS Excel and financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills. - Capability to manage large data sets and present reports clearly and concisely. - Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.,
