Job Description

Job Title: MIS Influencer Operations

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, update, and publish all
influencer channel reports
, dashboards, and payout trackers on a regular basis.

Manage
end-to-end payout processes
, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business standards.
Handle
influencer-level escalations
, coordinating with city teams to drive quick and efficient resolutions.
Support
lead conversions
and onboarding processes for influencers sourced through central initiatives.
Work closely with
city teams and central stakeholders
to ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, and transparency.

Skills & Qualifications:

E
xperience in MIS, operations, or data management roles (experience in influencer or field operations preferred).
Advanced Excel skills
with hands-on experience in data cleaning, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Strong understanding of
data organization, reporting structures, and process management.
Excellent
stakeholder management
and communication skills able to coordinate effectively across city and central teams.
Self-driven, agile, and highly
responsive
individual with a problem-solving mindset.
